An experienced team of staff work at Chester Lodge, boasting an enormous portfolio of skills and knowledge which enables us to offer the high standard of care that our residents need and deserve.
Our staff strive to make residents and visitors alike feel at home. Ongoing training allows staff to sharpen their skills whilst providing a comfortable and caring service for our residents. All of our staff are always willing to help so please do not hesitate to ask if you have any questions.

Staff training is constantly being undertaken, maintained and updated at Chester Lodge, with all staff completing mandatory training in Moving and Handling, Fire Awareness, and Adult Protection.
- Care staff are either qualified or working towards their NVQ2 and NVQ3 in Care
- Domestic staff are qualified or working towards their NVQ2 in Cleaning
- Registered Nurses complete their PREP as required, expanding their skills for the benefit of our residents

Careers
Looking to join the team at Chester Lodge Nursing Home?
- Carers are required to cover either a 6-hour 8am to 2pm or 2pm to 8pm shift OR a 12-hour day from 8am-8pm.
- Night carers are required to work a 12-hour shift from 8pm to 8am.
